Realive (2016)

When Mark (Tom Hughes) is diagnosed with a serious illness, doctors expect that he will die within one year. Now, Mark seems unable to accept his end, as he decides to freeze his body. Sixty years later, in 2084, he is reincarnated to become the first man in history to be revived as he discovers that the love of his life, Naomi (Oona Chaplin), accompanied him all the time.
